Hi and welcome the 2020-21 school year and to my website for GBHS! I am Heather Renfroe and I am currently in my 25th year of teaching, all of which have been at Gulf Breeze High School. I hold a Master's degree in Educational Administration & Leadership from National University in San Diego, CA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Education & Instructional Technology from The University of West Florida as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Pensacola Junior College. In addition to college degrees, I hold certifications in Adobe Photoshop CC, Flash CC, Adobe Animate CC, Dreamweaver CC, and Illustrator CC and am an Adobe Web Design Professional, an Adobe Graphic Design & Illustration Professional and a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator.
I strive to keep up with current trends and issues in the field of technology education. I regularly attend state and national conferences, am a member of several national, state and international organizations in the field of instructional and information technology, subscribe to national publications, attend professional development seminars, and additional training and competitions throughout the year.
